He listened to the problems i had in the past with excessive water bills and willing to look at all of the paperwork relating to the problem. He asked some questions and then began the inspection of the meter, pipes, toilets, etc. He ran some tests and confirmed that there was not a water leak on my property or in my home. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He ended up charging me  less than i had expected and wrote me a detailed receipt. Then a few days later i recieved an official invoice  (marked paid) detailing the services that were performed, just as promised.
