"I contacted Indiana Foundation to check my foundation and crawl space due to a crack in my brick wall. I received a thorough inspection, The rep showed me pictures of the findings and provided an understandable explanation regarding the condition of the foundation and the crawl space. I contracted with Indiana Foundation for push piers to stabilize and raise the foundation. They completed most of the project this week. They we unable to complete one side of the house because the natural gas line is right next to the foundation. When the gas company moves the line the remainder of the project can be competed. I received excellent service by foreman Charles and all the work crew; Daniel, Ryder, Ross, and Pete. They were efficient completing the work. Charles was especially excellent with his communication, keeping me informed during the days of work by the crew."

"What they do is, if you have a basement or a garage (in our case, a garage wall) that's underground that looks like it's starting to cave in, they drill holes in the wall and put these big plates on the inside and then put in a big rod through. And they did hole on the outside, about five feet deep, and put plate out there and then tightens those up so that it pulls up the wall back into place. It anchors the wall. The quality of the work was very good and pricing was good. Friendliness of the guys and professionalism was good as well. The only difficulty we had was sometimes in terms of scheduling; we had a big blizzard on then day they were originally scheduled to do that and obviously we didn't expect them to do it that day, but they didn't call which might be okay because the mayor even told people not to go to work. That was on a Wednesday, but we didn't hear anything even on Thursday and Friday or even the following week. They called about three in the afternoon on Thursday the week after that and said they were going to do it the next day, which made it a little difficult in terms of making sure we had somebody here except for the fact that this was between Christmas and New Year's and that was the only reason we made it. It wasn't a major problem, but I would have just wanted them to be a little more proactive in terms of scheduling."

No thank you. Back to Google I went, and this time I found Backyard Blessings, and it truly was a Blessing that I did. We went to Marc’s store on a Sunday. Marc personally showed us around the ponds and talked to us about what we wanted, and what problems we currently had in our pond that we wanted to solve. Marc came out two days later and took a look at our pond and he provided written estimate to us the next day after that. A week later, Marc and Nate came to our house and renovated our pond. They were timely, efficient, and industrious; best of all their work was meticulous. I flip houses for a living, and I have dealt with some lazy contractors that had zero attention to detail; you will not have that issue with Marc and his crew. You’ll get solid work from a team of professionals that are experienced and dedicated to building a quality product. My wife and I finally have the back yard experience that we were looking for and for a reasonable price. I wish I had found Backyard Blessings at the beginning of my search. Installing or renovating a Koi pond isn’t cheap, but if you have it done right by a company that isn’t trying to gouge you for the price, it doesn’t have to break the bank either. "<p>Just wanted to drop a line or two and let you all know how impressed we were with both your workmen and their work.  In today's society, you just don't find companies that really do a great job, they usually just do enough to "get by".<br /> <br /><br /> <br />At times, without their knowledge, I was home and could hear some of the men talking.  Much to my surprise, their language and subject matter were always appropriate.  Don't find that much in the labor force today!  It spoke volumes to me.  When they did speak with us, they were always very kind and informative.<br /> <br /></p> <p>The work that was performed consisted of excavating the dirt to gain access to the footings on both sides of the foundation.  On the inside, they had to bust out the concrete floor and hand dig to the footing in order to install their brackets for the "unified lift system".  After installing the brackets, they attached special hydraulic equipment to the brackets which drove 3" diameter<br /> <br />pipes down to bedrock.  Next, they attached a hydraulic jacking system to each pier location.  Using their special vehicle with a unique hydraulic pumping system they attached hydraulic lines to each location and were able to do a controlled lift.  From what we understand, your company is one of the only ones that can perform this "unified lift".<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We were taking pictures daily and emailing them out to family and friends who could not believe their eyes!  They started out making our basement look like a bomb went off and when they were done it was swept and looking very nice!<br /> <br /><br /> <br />All this to say that the work done was absolutely astonishing!  We will highly recommend EHM to everyone that we hear may need this type of work completed.<br /> <br /><br /> <br />Thanks so much again.  We were dreading having this work completed, but you all made it so much nicer by your<br /> <br />expertise, kindness, and professionalism.</p> <p>Mike and Cheryl <br /> <br /></p> <br />"
