"The price was great and it was under bid but I was very disappointed with the length of time it took the project to be completed.  It was really upsetting.  They gave me excuses.  Another part of the problem, they came out to repair a door which is now broken in less than a month or two.  In fairness to them, I haven't called them about that door but hopefully, they will come back and fix it but its back to be broken again just the way it was before.  At first it was fixed to my satisfaction and I approved it so I was happy but now it came back to the problem that I had before.  I have not yet complained to them about it but I planned to do it."
