When they were replacing it I was informed and shown pictures of how bad the damage was. The roof has extensive rot in many areas. All Under went above and beyond and cut out all the old rot and replaced. They went into great detail to show me the rot and how it was leaking for years, but not into the interior of the house. He even did a water test to be sure that the repair was perfect! "There is no category to describe all the work that James did for us. Our large house had not been painted in 15 years. We needed lots of prep work before it could be painted. He replaced countless trim boards, siding boards, weather stripping, and windows. The painters found a couple of spots that needed fixing after James had finished and been paid.
