"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Matt, Alex, and crew did an excellent job removing an old refrigerator and miscellaneous junk from a condominium in Akron. They're based near Cleveland and had no problem traveling 45 minutes south to the location. They did a beautiful job, including removing a large refrigerator through a patio door (they had to take the doors off) and the old water heater and furnace. They cleared out the garage quickly and swept up afterwards. Not only is the junk gone, the garage is cleaner than it was when they started! I highly recommend this company. He came out and gave a complete assessment of what was going on and his plan to make repairs - along with a quote. When he arrived to do the work he reviewed his plan with us and asked if we had any questions. During his repairs he kept us informed of his progress. While working on the second door frame he uncovered an unexpected situation and suggested two approaches to correct it - giving us the pros and cons of each choice so we could make an informed decision.
