"The team did wonderful job and carefully explained to me what to do with my outdated but still working sump pump. I was also educated on the rationale of using sump pump. (I am a woman ignorant of all these house gadgets!)"

"Reliable, quality work with great customer service. Chris arrived on time with replacement parts on the van. He took the time to explain the situation and options to me prior to doing the work. The repair was made correctly on the first time with no more leaking!"

"This company was called to repair/replace a submersible ejector pump, very old. This is something they could not handle. Instead, they replaced a shutoff valve in the bathroom"

"Very professional team showed up and tried the best they could to get the existing well to pass inspection for home sale. I think they went above and beyond to try to save us money but the well and tank were simply too old. Expansion tank barely worked and pump was drawing in air, system was very old. They spent a lot of time tweaking it but it was too old and beat. They quickly installed a new well with pump in it instead of in basement (much quieter) and new tank for a great price. Now instead of 4 gpm the new owners get 12. Thanks guys! <br />"

"The technician came to my home on time. Upon arrival he had NO idea what was expected to be done under this special. He was completely unprepared, without tools or instruments. He simply went into the basement and in under a minute pointed out the aging expansion unit and insisted this needed to be replaced in order to resolve my issue. He quoted me $500 for the repair (in addition to the $99 I already paid), to which I agreed. I then asked him to complete the rest of the "tune up" I paid for, to which he kind of just shrugged off and said there was nothing more to be done. One week later another tech came over and installed the expansion unit. The install itself was very quick and the majority of the time was spent bleeding all the radiators in our home. Through the course of this process he outright said that the expansion unit had nothing to do with my initial issue. Bleeding the radiators was all that was required to get my home's heating back to normal. However, given the age of the furnace, needing to replace it was imminent. He offered to setup a free estimate for a furnace replacement, as he felt our unit was near end of life. I agreed and felt it would be good to have a number in mind for when the time comes. One week later, radiators are cold again and requiring further bleeding. This is common, especially in older buildings, but further proof that the service I paid for had ZERO impact on improving my issue. A few weeks later a sales representative came to my home, and again, in less than a minute, was able to look at my furnace and say "You didn't need a new expansion unit, this had nothing to do with your issue." He offered to take the cost of the expansion unit off of the furnace replacement, but that really doesn't suffice. I basically just sank $500 into an obsolete furnace that needs to be replaced regardless. All to fix an issue that should have been properly identified in that first visit."

"Very pleased with this company and the work completed. I called on a Sunday assuming I would leave a message for a return call on Monday. The owner Rich Capen happened to be in the office and picked up the phone. I was in a fix to get the necessary septic repair done at a vacation rental property after the property was no longer renter-occupied and before the sale closing date. Several other contractors (refered by my seller's agent) had given very high quotes, well above $1000 for the job. Not only did Rich give me a reasonable price, the communication by his field manager Neil Kelly was excellent throughout the whole transaction. I actually got a phone call from him when the work was going to be delayed for a day which was important since I live 3000 miles away. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and service. <br />"
