"AA Appliance Repair did a great job. They were timely and very professional. They understood the problem, worked efficiently and efficiently. They cleaned up the work area and left the laundry room as they found it. My wife liked the AA Appliance Repair team and will not hesitate to hire them again."

"I have used Pacific Crest for multiple plumbing needs over the years. When I first bought my house I needed a sink faucet installed and they came out and did it. They have replaced a hot water heater, and fixed clogged sinks and toilets for me too. They are so fast, well priced, and nice to work with. Plus I know they will treat me right, I have had them out before and Nick will go over what is wrong and if I can fix it with something simple, he tells me. I have old pipes so sometimes it's a clog that just wont get cut but onetime I thought it was that, I tried chemicals, I tried a plunger, nothing. He came out told me what to do with the chemicals and then it worked! They are all so great!"

"John is professional, flexible, timely and honest! We originally purchased a tune-up package through Angie’s List. John arrived on time and listened to our concerns and suggested to tune-up or replace. We considered replacing “down the road.” John happily oiled our tracks, adjusted the springs and gave us new door info. Almost a year later, we called John to replaced our garage door, all hardware and a new Lock Master 8500 garage door opener that uses a deadbolt for added security. John arrived on-time, installed exactly as promised and said that he would come back in about a year to ensure all is working properly. If we have any questions or concerns, to give him a call. Who does this? John does! Highly recommended."

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"Jon helped me with a couple of jobs - a downdraft gas stove hook-up and a toilet installation. He was easy to schedule (though I was not in a rush), and he was neat, careful and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire again."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

Dear Appliance Owner,\n\nMy name is Roy Teeples. I am announcing the start of my new business beginning Feb. 1, 2006. I have been an appliance technician since 1984. I am certified by NASDEC/NARDA as a Universal Technician and by the EPA for refrigerant handling.\n\nAs required by state law, I am licensed by the Contractors Construction Board , #168298, which means that I am Licensed, Insured and Bonded. This makes me totally legal and is exceptional to my profession. \n\nSince I am sole proprietor, when you call the number listed above, you will speak directly to the person doing the repair, not a receptionist, or dispatcher. I may ask specific questions regarding your machine so that I may anticipate any parts needed and have them on hand to complete the repair the first time.\n\nI look forward to your business. \n
