"Was a difficult repair on a clothes washer requiring a hard part to identify and find. Took 2 trips to the parts store to get the right part. Also required a lot of work to remove and replace the part. An earlier tech I tried gave up, saying he could not identify and get the part. Price charged was very fair, especially considering the difficulty."
