"Failed to fix the issue the first time, and was contacted to come fix the issue. Agreed to take time to come that Friday. That Friday I woke up to a text saying it wouldn?t be until Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. The manager Tracy got on the phone and got very irate because I complained about having to take a third day off for her company to do what they should have done the first time. I expect a full refund, and a $20 da day storage price for the faulty parts. If how I was treated was any indication of how they work the other reviews are obviously lies."

So...Roto-Rooter upbid by $500.00 and harassed me. Don’t be this companies next mark, they are crooks!"

I was shocked when he didn’t charge me. I will definitely use upfront again. I think that it’s a First honest Plumer air conditioner guy I have ever had come to my house, they always try to rip you off. The last guy that came and looked at my air conditioner. He got me for $550 to clean it. I was amazed the upfront did not charge me anything"
