"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"They were the first to respond to an oven appliance repair request. They are also very highly rated. They came to our house within a few hours. The technician was VERY expert and professional with over a decade of repair experience. We was able to diagnose and solve the problem in under 60 minutes! We had hired a different company over 2 months ago and they incorrectly diagnosed the problem and were not able to fix the issue. This company got it solved and working in under an hour! Highly recommended. I would hire them again, anytime."

"I am excited to share my exceptional experience with Baseline Home Maintenance! This company stands out for its respectful and practical approach, treating every homeowner with dignity, regardless of their maintenance know-how. Their professionalism and expertise shine in every interaction. What I appreciate most is their down-to-earth attitude; they don’t judge based on a home’s condition or a client’s repair skills. Instead, they provide valuable insights and communicate clearly, making it easy for everyone to understand. It’s refreshing to find a company that prioritizes its customers. Their transparent assessments empower clients to make informed decisions about repairs or replacements. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire Baseline Home Maintenance team for their outstanding service. I look forward to relying on them for all my home maintenance needs! A huge shoutout to the entire team for their outstanding service! You truly are the best!"

"DECEMBER 2, 2019 I hired Mr. Martin to fix an issue in our rental home and we were very pleased as were our tenants. They were also very comfortable around him even though they have three small children. I decided to ask him for a quote on a repair in my own home and we made a great arrangement. The issue at the tenants was fixed on the first day and he did have to come back 2 days later for my own repair but I asked him at the last minute. From all of the 5 stars it is easy to see that we were very happy with Mr. Martin and would recommended him with no hesitation."

Hello! I'm Keltin. I started and ran a farm-to-table B&B for 10 years in central/southern Utah. I learned maintenance skills the hard way. I remodeled a home that was built in 1904 to turn into a four room inn. I built a commercial kitchen. I expanded that into a second building. I did all the maintenance (HVAC, drywall, plumbing, minor electrical, etc.) myself. I sold that business and worked for resorts and property management companies for five years. I'm skilled in fixing all the issues you might have in your home, and I care about my clients. Lgbtaqa+friendly. Just friendly with anyone but I truly mean anyone!

"They were very attentive and kept in touch throughout the process. The actual repair took less than an hour. Well worth it!"

"I contacted Battle Born through Home Advisor on a Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment for Monday. Jack called me right away and said he could come Saturday morning. And he did--promptly. Our dryer needed a part he had to order, which he expected to get and install on Monday. At 3 p.m. Monday I tracked down his phone number (he hadn't left it with us--sometimes people are very good at their repair skills or the like, but aren't as good at running a business, such as giving customers contact info or keeping in touch just to say why nothing is happening). Jack was great on the phone and said the part would come by 9 p.m. and he could be here at 8 a.m. (or earlier) to install the part. And he was--he installed the new parts and cleaned a lot of lint that had collected in the unseen parts of the dryer, and the dryer works fine, and it seems we got good value for the repair. I will call Jack and Battle Born again if I need an appliance repair."
