My situation was frustrating… and instead of pushing me into costly repairs and warning me of the terrible things that could happen to my dog if I didn’t, Elpidio was compassionate. We sat on the lawn together, petting the dog, as he shared with me the wise things he knew about dogs in general. I had been almost overwhelmed and Elpidio was kind and knowledgeable. This might sound ridiculous, but the end result was no fence! Of course freedom fence would be there with excellent service and a payment plan if need be… But my particular situation was not as dire as I originally thought. Two posts of the vinyl portion of the fence heaved out of the ground because the original company did not dig the posts at the required depth. When this happened, the original company did not help me so I contacted Durham. They came out and repaired the 2 sections and did a good job. I live in a high point of the city with a lot of heavy winds during the winter and the fence repair has held up very well. I appreciate their help since most companies will not repair a shoddy job done by other companies.
