"Hired John to install laminate countertops. He was very responsive prior to the job starting and gave me all the detail on the scope of work required. He was on time the morning of the job and got started right away. John went above and beyond during the installation to make sure the counters were installed correctly and also fixed many of the issues that were present from the old counters. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service! His installation team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Fixed the leaks around the chimney, and installed drip edge on the apartment roof. Very reasonable rates, and cleaned up all the work areas.
