This was the third set of estimates I had received while deciding who should do the work. I am so glad I went with this company. Of all my hurricane Michael repairs and dealing with contractors these guys were the most professional. There is not even a close second. Because I went with a 5V crimp metal to retain and "old Florida" look on my home, I was advised of an extended timeline to complete the work. Essentially I experienced no delays, just had to wait as had been described to me before I signed the contract. Each and every call I ever made to Jimmy and/or Bryce were immediately answered or if missed quickly returned. The work of their metal crew was fantastic and the roof looks sharp. I have a 44 sq complex roof line with multiple peaks, gables, valleys, and corners. They tied them all together better than my wife and I had hoped. "We were not happy.  They were not the low bidders, but we went with them because of reputation here in town.  When we originally contacted with them it was to take the roof that was on all the way back to the decking to make sure that there was no issue with the decking so they got the under alignment and everything.  Had I not been here and actually watching them and being aware of what was going on, that would not have happened.  I had to stop the crew who did not speak any English.  I'm not opposed to that except that there was nobody here to translate for them.  They apparently were not told what was expected.  We had sort of a battle to get them to comply with what we had contracted for.  They finally did do that, but it just wasn't a good experience at all.  It was way too hard for what it had to be.  The job turned out to be adequate.  It's an adequate roof.  It wasn't the bottom line shingle roof, but it was a shingle roof.  It's architectural shingles.  Had we not stayed on top of it, we wouldn't have had what we contracted to have.  Quality, after the battle is a B.  We would not use them again in the future.            "
