We had to gut it down to the studs, kept the exterior siding, but everything else had to be replaced, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, plus walls, floors, ceilings, bathroom and kitchen. The works. "Jeff remodeled our kitchen. He installed a new sink, countertop, and backsplash within the time we had allowed for the project. Jeff has also installed a new bathroom floor in a day. One other big project that he completed for us was leveling the living room floor in an older farmhouse. That was a very big project and he finished on time. "

"Unless you're wealthy and throwing away money is what you're into, then I'd say AVOID Matrix Basement Solutions at ALL costs. They'll give you an incomplete project plan, then attempt to bilk you for thousands upon thousands of dollars more. I'm out over $60,000.00 and I have a less than half completed basement, which is only 400 sqaure feet. Addressed concerns with Matrix and they show zero concern, they could care less and are laughing all the way to the bank. Shameful business practice, not to be trusted. Filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well in hopes others do not get taken advantage of like I did."

"After dealing with a lot of obstacles ( none brought on by the builder) we have a beautiful home. Clark Builders have been patient through the entire process and the home is very high quality. We made changes from the original layout and they were very accommodating and gave us exactly what we asked for. We are very happy with Clark Builders."

"We added a second garage and another bedroom/bath. When the trusses were taller than the house, which had been previously discussed not to happen. Randy and Becky refused to cover the cost to fix the frankenhouse situation. We proceeded on, paying for their error only to have many other issues. They are disorganized. The subcontractors come late because of their last minute communication. The building inspectors are very familiar with this company. In the end we fired them and paid too much for their work. Randy is the builder but he does not do the work. If you hire them use a lawyer for a real contract."
