"The entire experience was amazing from the time we called to the time Johnny Left our house. We set up the appoint for noon - 2:00 time frame. Johnny called and asked if he could come early. He was very professional and very informative. We explained we needed all 3 toilets inspected as one was leaking and base was very loose.. We also needed the out side faucets checked for leaks. He was very thorough at explaining what he would do for each item that needed to be repaired. He was very efficient and did an excellent Job. He ended up replacing the flange re-installing the toilet. He sealed all the toilets tightened one of the outside faucets. I am always Leary about having to use a plumber but now that I have found Legacy Plumbing, I will no longer feel that way. I feel I have found a trusted Plumber that I can call with any needs. Johnny was awesome and I will ask for him in the future."

"The finished product was beautiful! It was done very professionally. Mike has lots of experience installing and renovating, especially in renovating bathrooms and showers. My only advice would be for the client to 1) FIRST, get a sample of the tile you want to use for your shower stall. Bring it into your bathroom and make sure it looks in THAT light the way you want it to. (At the store, the lighting can make the colors of tiles appear a bit different than they will look in your bathroom at home.) 2) Assume that renovating a bathroom and/or shower will be a major renovation! Remove virtually EVERYTHING from the room and the adjacent room(s), and what is too huge to move, cover with plastic or cloth drop cloths. Renovations, no matter how "limited" are big, often complex, usually messy/dusty jobs and it is up to the client to clear away as much furniture, clothing, art objects, etc. for the workmen as possible and to cover and protect floors, carpets, etc. Also, leave a nice, open, clear path for the workmen in your house and with access to your garage. They work quickly. They don't have time to do a lot of moving of things...that is up to you. Agree upon what is YOUR responsibility and what is theirs beforehand. The workmen are honest, prompt and professional. The results will be terrific. I also recommend using the reasonably priced "Floor and Decor" for your renovations. Again, just make sure you take home a couple of samples of tiles and/or flooring so you can see how they look in YOUR home with YOUR lighting! Mike Thompson gave me a great price on excellent work. I highly recommend Mike Thompson and "Bath Time Renovations". He is a very experienced professional."

"I called at least 8 plumbing companies to get quotes on replacing an old water heater. Water Heaters Only offers the lower price and was able to come out in two days to have it installed. The technician (Brown) and his partner did an excellent job in explaining the process, measuring clearance and confirming the final costs with me. They finished and cleaned up in 90 mins. "Found Bernal Plumbing on Angie's List as one of the top rated in Mesquite and I have to let everyone know HE IS THE BEST!!! Not only did he and his son spend over an hour digging up the front yard to find the problem, he did not charge us to diagnose the problem. In fact, he temporarily fixed the leak until he can return next week to replace the pipes for a very reasonable price.
