"My 81 year old brother and his wife recently purchased a Sunroom from Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows; they tried to do so sooner but a company out of Tulsa mislead them into believing that they sold Four Seasons Sunrooms and we had to get their deposit back from the Tulsa company first. The owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows was very helpful to me in advising me on how to go about getting that deposit back. Not only that, once we got their money back and the contract from the misleading company back the owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows personally handled the estimate and contract with my brother and his wife himself. He was very understanding when, due to a health situation with my brother, we had to postpone the beginning of the build twice. The owner is one of the nicest men I've ever met, a true and honest Christian businessman. My brother and his wife are so very pleased with their new room, and that pleases me. This is the third sunroom that Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows has built for members of our family and in working with them we have found that the contractors/employees who did the work are the same ones that built the first sunroom for a family member 15 years ago, that in itself says a lot about this business owner and the way he treats others. "Dale had made a floor plan as to the beams, gutters, roof and doors.  Also indicated the different grades of screen we wanted.  The work was started on-time daily and the area was picked up at the end of the day.  One of the workers suggested a way to get the dogs to go through the doggie doors, and it worked well.  The overall expierence was excellent and understand why our friends highly recommended Custon Enclosures. <br />"

"Punctuality, work quality, and clean up were all wonderfully done. The owner, Matt, was as nice as can be. I had an electrician/general contractor there at the same time who was going to do the electrical for the patio ceiling fan. The workers installing the patio did not get my contractor to come consult on the wiring like they were supposed to. My contractor was there in the house doing other work, but they did not get him. There was miscommunication about what was to be done, and Matt's guys tried to throw my contractor under the bus about it. Then the Legacy guys drilled a hole for the electrical wiring that went right through my bedroom wall! My contractor fixed it, and the Legacy guys stayed to help my contractor run the wiring as a "trade" of services, but was still frustrating. But the patio itself is wonderful!"
