We just added Certified's mosquito control services, and we're very pleased. The technician arrived on time and clearly explained what he was going to do and then what he did. So far, no mosquitos! While he was at our house, I told him that we had found a roach upstairs in the past week. It's the first one I've seen in our house for years. He said that the quarterly pest control service should keep roaches away, unless we had left something open, and he asked if he could come inside to try to determine how the roach could have gotten inside. Sure enough, within minutes, he found that a chimney flue was open close to where we had found the roach. The technician closed the flue and solved the problem. We love how responsive Certified is to our needs, the expertise that they have, and the courtesy that all their personnel have shown to us."

"They did a great job for several years. Then they said I had army worms, which they said they didn't need to spray for. Within a few weeks I had NO GRASS at all!!! It was obvious they sprayed something on my line, because you could see a definite line between my yard and my neighbors yard. I showed it to one of the young men who agreed he had never seen anything like this and told the manager who said, "we will make it right". Well they didn't and I had to replace my entire front yard!!!!!!!! $3,000!!!!! When other yard men would come they ALL agreed something had been used incorrectly, but Lawn Tech would not admit or "make it right" as they had promised. They started off great, but ended terribly. I'm so disappointed in the work they "didn't" do."

"Cody Irrigation has done an outstanding job for us. We have used them for minor repairs for years, but this year, due to a lightning strike, our entire system had to be rewired. Brent Cody also suggested adding a zone, which we did. Brent and his crew did a great job. Although it took a while to get on their books (a positive sign that they are busy!) Cody Irrigation showed up when they said they would, completed the work in the time they said they would, and adhered to the quote they gave us. This review was delayed only because I wanted to see how the lawn did in the heat - it looks better than ever. Brent and Robin Cody are professional and excellent to work with.
