"I have been trying to get a hold of him since early 2022. I have a warranty with him. My gutters have not leaked properly since he installed them. He is a horrible, horrible person. I called him in the morning. He told me he was taking a St. I have begged him to come back here. I have a warranty he s a mess. I am going to call Fox News, investigative report, and the Better Business Bureau on him. I do not have the money to play games with this. I was working on Sanibel for the hurricane I had a four-point inspection after the hurricane did not have any hurricane damage. This was not caused by the hurricane this was caused by for installation on one side oh I want him to do was come and level it right so it was draining now my gutters are leaking in the same spot that my old gutters were leaking and I am so upset. I do not know what to do. I have called him he has blocked my calls, he is horrible, a horrible man I live in Brooke Shire I need help! Please call me"

"I had Chimney Cricket out for a quote. The workman was very knowledgeable and I was ready for them to perform the work. They entered my home, reviewed the fireplaces, and told me how they would fix them. After that, I called and called. I called the gentleman who came to provide the quote. He couldn't help me. I called the office again and again. They said they would get me a quote. One never arrived. I had another company come out and repair the problems while still waiting for Chimney Cricket to continue the engagement. I finally got a call from the office (after I had had the work done) and she said she was following up on the quote. The quote they had never sent. The workman seemed knowledgeable, but I took the day off and let workmen into my house just so that I would spend time chasing them and STILL never receive a quote. If they cannot even get me quote, what are the chances they would show up to do the repair? Or follow up if something went wrong?"

I hired a shade vendor who did not measure ANYTHING correctly. Obet put all the shades and correct brackets where they 'should' have been. He never charges enough for his incredible and high-quality hard work. He repaired metal hinges on an Andersen screen door that an overzealous property manager swung open too far and bent. Obet Falcon is a SUPER handyman because I think he can repair or build Obet Falcon is an incredibly handyman because I believe he can repair or build anything! He’s like Superman! In the past five years, I’ve encountered the best quality and most honest businessman in Naples, and that’s Obet Falcon."
