He provided several options, pricing, and positives and negatives for both the sod and the curbing. On the day of the install, Ricky checked and adjusted our existing irrigation system to assure that the new sod would be properly watered. The following day, he called to make sure that the irrigation system was running properly. I absolutely love his patience, sound explanations, great communication, and follow-up. This company is owned and managed by a gentleman who has impeccable honesty and expertise. He scheduled my service call within 3 days and arrived on time. He immediately determined the problem thereby not charging me for any unnecessary diagnostic fees. He was able to get the warranty to cover a replacement and only charged a fair and reasonable fee for the installation.
