They renovated the entire upper floor of our house. They installed new laminate flooring and painted our walls, doors, and baseboards. Fantastic experience, from the very beginning when Ron came to the house to discuss the project. Budget was very reasonable and he kept us abreast of the project’s progress, including unanticipated issues with our old plumbing and electrical connections, which were promptly and efficiently addressed. Ron is affable, very professional and responds immediately to any request. Likewise, his crew were pleasant, professional and left the place very tidy when all was finished. After the project ended, we found a few minor issues (as in any project) that were fixed the very same say or no later than the next morning. Am delighted to highly recommend Ron Kruger. "Building during covid and hurricane threats are experiences in themselves. Isaac from ISC Construction was only a phone call away at any time. Building comes with a lot of ins and outs and we always found reasonable back up plans during the problematic times. Mostly due to hurricane building requirements. Make sure you get your pricing locked down and expect the 15-20% extra costs at the end for building as we did. One thing I wished he had would be a building supervisor. The property was far enough to be an issue when certain contractors were there. Maybe he’ll hire me !! A big plus is that he is bilingual and can communicate with the workers. This helped tremendously. The build itself is amazing. We love our house. He helped us find the lot and build! He always says he’s a one-man shop! Ha!"
