"We needed asphalt repair and resurfacing on our 50+ year old driveway. Not exactly an attractive project for concrete / asphalt companies that typically prefer large projects. But CSI responded right away and scheduled an appointment for the following day to inspect the driveway. They came back to me within hours with a reasonable written estimate. The work was completed in two visits over the next two weeks, as the asphalt repair needed time to cure before applying a new topcoat. Thorough clean up and removal of old asphalt and debris was provided. Outstanding quality work performed by friendly and honest people. Would not hesitate to use them again. "Crew arrived on time, were very efficient, did a great job (no asphalt "oopsies"), left our project clean, and so far (2 months) the slurry is holding up better than expected compared to previous slurry jobs we've had completed. Project was private drive for 4 homes, about 4,000 sf. Crew cleaned driveway w/blower, sealed cracks, laid down quality slurry mix, and shaved down a couple asphalt bumps (due to buried pipes) to level out the FS. All-in-all a quality job and will look forward to having Landmark Paving come back in 3 years or so to repeat same."

I needed an asphalt surface laid in a difficult area to access up a hill of my property.  He told me it wouldn't be easy but he would get it done.  By the end of a 100 degree day they had finished with a nice smooth surface.  However when it was done I realized there was a miscommunication about the exact dimensions.  I explained my issue and he said he would have his team back the next morning with his team.  I felt bad but he said they weren't done until I was happy.  I really appreciated his emphasis on customer satisfaction.  The next day he was there when he said and by the time they were done I had the exact surface I was hoping for.  Joshua definitely cares about doing the best job possible at a reasonable price and I would recommend him to friends looking for asphalt or concrete service.

Prior to contacting Del Rey, a paving contractor told me the drive had to be completely torn up, re-graded, rock foundation installed, over which two layers of asphalt would be laid. Needless to say, the estimated cost was far more than I could afford. When I contacted Del Rey, Billy he said there was no problem in resurfacing the existing drive and within a week, the job was done at a reasonable price. The only problem was that the morning they started working, the truck delivering the asphalt broke down on the freeway. Instead of postponing the job, Billy got another delivery and then kept his crew working almost until the evening to get the job done as promised."
