"My home was totally out of heat for over five days, the electric heating and forced air was down. When PG&E came out, they could not fix an electrical heating system. Smart 72, sent an exceptional repair person named Javier, that helped me understand why the unit was not turning on, he found and fixed the problem and will return to do the ducting on Monday.
