Ive been saying customer service in the last 10 years or so is so bad your a number half them dont even know their own business and since the pandemic even worse rude people>. was saying what used to take a few minutes now takes hours to get any good customer service and everything is automated half the time. andrew was the stand out i didnt even wait for more referrals withing 4 minutes of talking to him i knew i could trust him from my gut. i said thank you for any easy experience i had never hired pest control for mice and rats this one was new to me. i didnt even ask for his credentials i just knew i was in good hands and it was wonderful from start to finish he even got us in because im inlaws were elderly. he gave me the choice to hire professional attic insulation i said i trust you and its been so much better to breath maybe hiring a professional to do that maybe would of done a few more things but the cost would of been out of this world and i told him go ahead and do it like i said i trusted him within 4 minutes of talking to him i would reccomend him to anyone its old fashion customer service like it used to be human contact kindness and caring for the job they do it was beyond a breath of fresh air nice to know there are some companies that still have old time values from back in the day"

"Aaron and his co-worker arrived at the specified time, both very polite and got right to work. I was told attic work would take about 2 hours, and was spot on. The outside work about 3+hours, again the correct estimate. All work on the original itemized proposal was done, and was shown one of the difficult repair and explained, the only reason I noticed this repair is that I did not have touch-up paint, which they offered to do had I had some, my loss. Total experience was outstanding and they said they would follow-up in a year with my automatic 2year warranty. The office followed up to ask if all work done and if satisfied with the service. I will be calling them again for work on a rental I own. "

He sent a family member, Roni run the job. Sadly, everything Roni touched was not done correctly. They did ask for money up front. Unfortunately I gave it to them. They didn't complete the job and refused to reimburse me for the errors made. He came to the site and few times and made all kinds of empty promises. He collected $53,000 up front. Now I have someone else who is fixing all of Roni's mistakes, which I will have to pay for again. He took advantage of me. That tells me he is dishonest. This is taking months to complete. I moved here from Florida and have seen whole houses go up in less time. James is dishonest, took money up front, didn't do the work correctly, and refused to reimburse me for what he didn't complete. Now I'm paying someone else to complete the job. Don't use this company"
