"My 12-year-old water heater was on its way out, and it was finally time to replace it. Iâ ve always wanted to go tankless, so after many hours of research and finding reputable local plumbers in my area, I reached out to the Water Heater Company to analyze my current situation and come up with a replacement solution. Again, my goal was to go tankless; however, after Tanner from The Water Heather company surveyed my property and went over all my options, it was determined the configuration of my main gas line and proper placement of the unit would not be conducive to install a tankless unit as there were many obstacles, hours of labor, and resorting back to a tank heater would be the best option for me. Tanner suggested I go with a company called Bradford White, which has fantastic reviews and a unit that will give me some longevity. I decided to have Tanner install the unit, which included all-new copper fittings and much more. This company knows water heaters, and I appreciate his honesty that he could install a tankless heater, but financially, the layout of my house would not be in my best interest. Therefore, I felt comfortable working with The Water Heater Company to install my new Bradford White gas tank water heater. Tanner was highly professional, cleaned up after the job, and went through everything he did installing my new tank. Called and he said he would be out the next day. Four days later he showed up. I told him that I wanted an energy efficient water heater and that he seemed to carry a good line of rated heaters. He arrived with a unit that was at the max end of the scale, which I didn't see until he had already installed it. I was tired of heating water at the stove and bathing at the kitchen sink.

The estimator arrived when expected and took the time to consider various ways to put in the new pipes; we wanted to be able to isolate upstair and downstair bathrooms for planned remodel. (We got a total of three estimates.) The office scheduler arranged for the actual work smoothly and answered a few follow-up questions. The crew arrived 20 minutes earlier than scheduled and got to work immediately. The crew lead was open to my questions and suggestions before work started and even worked in a few minor adjustments while work was in progress, for no added charge. They needed to open walls and ceiling but finished in one day. The interior and exterior were clean when they left. The pipe layout is now simpler. Passed city inspector with no issue. We arranged for drywall repair at my convenience and he did a fine job, too (included in price). I did my own painting and you cannot see any patching. Water pressure now remains smooth -- think of showering while washer or sprinklers cycle!"
