He was friendly, knowledgeable, provided a fair estimate on the phone. When he snaked the sewer line, he also took the the time to put a camera down the pipe and show me the tree roots that were the issue. He gave me a few options for a short term & long term solution. In addition to this he snaked my kids upstairs bathroom sink that had been clogged. Good attention to detail and someone I would definitely hire anytime you need plumbing help."

After a 2nd quote, Wilmar was the lower price. Wilmar showed up slightly early, just the right amount to be early but not annoying. After I explained the problem and showed him where, he quickly determined that coming through the vent in the roof to snake the pipe was best. Within five minutes of starting, my clogged sink was once again draining. He spent some extra time to make sure everything worked and it wasn't just a quick fluke. "Gustavo from Escamilla plumbing is a pro thru and thru. I gave him a tough job that I wanted to tackle but didn't have the necessary tools or time to tackle. I had him relocate the water heater lines and install a tankless water heater, remove steel pipes and redo drain lines. The kicker for the water lines was access next to a furnace and new gas lines that needed to be run due to insufficient gas supply. During the project we found micky mouse water line taps that needed to be removed and the house water shutoff valve that failed to closed completely. Lots of unexpected work but he gave decent quotes to complete the job. He is quick, doesn't cut corners, and gets the job done. I wholeheartedly recommend him for project a homeowner wouldn't touch or doesn't have time to do."

"After talking to Jaime of SWAGS, I was made aware that it was not his company who did the plumbing work in my house, but anothe company. My apologies. Jaime was also kind enough to tell me that his company makes sure to be on the appointed time or if not, that their customers are reasonably informed of any delay. His company would have been my first choice since he told me he tried contacting me 3 times and did not get any call back from me. It must have been the day or days when I was having problems with the phone service. If only for his effort to reach out and that he was nice enough despite the mistake speaks greatly of professionalism I will definitely give his company a call the next time the need arises."

Aaron came first and I showed him one leak near my water heater and he went directly to Home Depot and immediately fixed that problem- just as a good faith measure. Then Lalo came and the two of them talked with me about what needed to be done with several options. They gave me an estimate and I said yes. Within an hour we had three of his team working on opening up access to the areas that needed work and procuring materials. I tried to keep ahead of them moving furniture and garage stuff out of the way ( they would have done this if I hadn?t been available to do it). While they were here my wife decided she wanted some fixtures replaced and they discovered some other drain leaks and slow drains. He and his team took care of everything and would have done more if requested. Polite and helpful. They tore into the walls and ceiling to get access and they patched up and painted so you wouldn?t know anything had been done. Would I use JVM again? YES"
