"Prime Appliance Repair did an excellent job fixing my fridge! The technician was professional, quick, and very knowledgeable. My refrigerator works perfectly now, highly recommend their service!"

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

Eric diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong, what caused the problem, and exactly what needs to be done to repair it. I really appreciated that he didn't rush through the appointment or leave me wondering what was going on. What stood out most was his honesty and reasonable pricing.
