We were so relieved when Tony came out, was his usual competent self, then sent a reasonable estimate for the project. There is nothing Tony can't do to make it work, and his subcontractors are great too. I had a "crisis" towards the end because I decided I needed a window frame rather than use Schluter edging. i called Tony at the 11th hour and he came out and built a window frame in less than 2 hours from an inspo photo I showed him. "He gave us an estimate then went to Home Depot to get supplies, for which we paid. He spread a drop cloth on entry pavement. He removed old pain pieces on frame, cut the screen he bought in half and screwed them to the bottom of each door. He then spray painted the doors white. The doors needed more paint, so he went to Home Depot again and bought additional cans of paint (12 in total). I got sick from the paint smell, so my sister took over. When he finished she paid him. When I was able to inspect the job, I saw a hole in one doors screen and long screws sticking out 3/4" on both screens. I sent hime a text message to his phone, but got no response, so I phoned him to discuss the matter. He said his drill slipped punching to hole in the screen and that's the only screws he had.
