Albert came out to our home in Ojai July 1 and after abt an hr trying EVERYTHING he could..he gave us the news that we really needed to replace the system. It was 14 years old and while his assistant began to remove the old system… Albert found what he needed and went to pick everything up After about 4 hours we are COOL again! "Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed!
