"Their technician, Justin came out and assessed the situation, quickly discovering the true source of the problem: the wire bundle that connects the system with the thermostat on the wall and been chewed through by rodents apparently, and this was causing the system to quit. He offered to replace the wiring and do a service on the roof mounted AC condenser unit, which we agreed to.
