Ryan interviewed with us, shook hands on a deal with us, told us he'd be by the next week to start and we never heard from him again! We told all our other bids for our job we didn't need them. We sent him all our plans and permits and he was very agreeable and sent us emails for two months about the project. He met our family and gave us time lines for the project and a sewage company he wanted started digging. Then he never came by again, never emailed us back, never returned our calls. We thought he must've been physically hurt or something but no he just acts unprofessional. We are in an awful mess now. I advise anyone who speaks with him to be very careful. He is a liar."
