A Honorable Roofing Company communicated well and was responsive to our concerns. The work was completed in one day. We have 24 solar panels that had to be removed and reinstalled. Daryl referred us to Tristin (CVRS Services) who worked with A Honorable Roofing Company and I was hooked back up within three days. I am very happy with the new roof and I was very impressed with how thorough and how well they cleaned up after they were finished. I could not find one nail or piece of trash. "It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.

"We were extremely happy with the whole process.  Ramon came and gave us an estimate the day we called even though he was in Gallup that morning.  Chris and Sergio arrived as scheduled to start the work.  We were concerned the pillars might be load bearing, but Sergio and Chris quickly showed that was not the case and they assured us our roof would not cave in.  Ramon, Chris, and Sergio all were very professional and made sure that we were satisfied with the work. Chris came back on day 2 and finished the job. Ramon told us from the beginning it would be a 2-day job. Chris was diligent about cleaning up each day. We recommend D&R Services and would definitely hire them again.

"Overall, the stucco job was decent for a reasonable price. I also received a 4 ear warranty, when the rest of the bids we got offered only a two year warranty In the first year, we had a number of callbacks to fix minor defects. At times it could be trying to get someone to come and fix them, but eventually they came and repaired the defects we found at the time. There are still defects to fix. The bad news is that, as far as I can tell, this company is out of business. I called the owner's cell phone and the company phone, and both are no longer in service. The company web site is no longer available. NM Better Business Bureau's web site states that it believes that the company is no longer in business."
