Everything was fine until December owner Francisco Rueda wanted to abandon the contract in favor of paying for work that was never completed, like stucco, drywall, closets. Everything time they?d run out of money they demanded more, threatening to quit and file a lien . our living situation was coming to end and we were terrified of having no place to stay, it?s been almost 3 yrs since our house burned down. So we kept paying. After our last payment of $165k, they cashed the check for work not completed, and refused to move forward. No heat, electricity, kitchen, no bathrooms. We paid 90% of the project and they took off, taking $1,900 of Kohler fixtures I?d paid out of pocket. Our only choice is a lawsuit."

Everything was done on budget and on time. It is all just beautiful. Albert was great to work with and I'd use him again. I cannot recommend him highly enough. "
