"Since Hurricane Harvey, we have worked with several contractors. None of them were as professional or high quality as New Image Remodeling. Johnny Flores has a great company and a solid team working for him. New Image Remodeling came in, gave me a bid, and together we set a timetable for the repair work. They arrived early every day and were finished by the time we arrived home. (Most other contractors showed up between 10am-2pm and worked throughout our dinners. It was hard sharing home life with them.) When they ran into a plumbing issue, he explained the issue fully and gave a good price for the extra work that was needed. There work was impeccable, and they always cleaned up after themselves. There were no major delays during the work schedule. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, and it took exactly that. Most other contractors needed at least twice their quoted time. They re-tiled the bathroom shower, repainted the bathroom, and replaced the baseboard. They also replaced the bathroom fan. I honestly kept waiting for the other shoe to fall, but it never did. Day in and day out, they exceeded our expectations. I would be happy to work with New Image Remodeling again, and I would recommend them to anyone. They reconstructed our bathroom shower. It looks beautiful now!"

"West Shore Home was contracted to do a bathroom remodel from a jet run to an accessible walk-in shower. We worked with Kennedy on the design and the installation team made the design come to life. It was a two day project and well worth the wait. Special thanks to Kyle, Matt and Shane for a wonderful job transforming the bathroom. They were courteous, friendly and professional from start to finished. Listened to any input I had on placement of hardware within the shower. We are very very pleased with the results."

The job was carried out by an assortment of contractors who were very professional, polite and who took great measures to ensure the house was well protected from their work. "They charge entirely too much (30k) for a shower remodel after advertising a bathROOM remodel, lifetime warranty is nice but not that nice. They had massive issues with communication, ordering the correct parts, in short, their office personnel logistically failed. The install team itself was fantastic, very cleanly, very efficient, very friendly. The supervisor was very professional and was there everyday with his guys. The sales lady took about 5hrs to do the estimate which is insane. I only went with everything because I needed the showers up and running."

"Building during covid and hurricane threats are experiences in themselves. Isaac from ISC Construction was only a phone call away at any time. Building comes with a lot of ins and outs and we always found reasonable back up plans during the problematic times. Mostly due to hurricane building requirements. Make sure you get your pricing locked down and expect the 15-20% extra costs at the end for building as we did. One thing I wished he had would be a building supervisor. The property was far enough to be an issue when certain contractors were there. Maybe he’ll hire me !! A big plus is that he is bilingual and can communicate with the workers. This helped tremendously. The build itself is amazing. We love our house. He helped us find the lot and build! He always says he’s a one-man shop! Ha!"

"So I am not usually one to leave reviews, however, Miguel from Bismila Finishers did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. He was always on time and kept me up to date on progress. He also helped me with my bathroom design and helped me find solutions when unexpected issues arose from previous work/repairs which had been done on my bathroom previously by different contractors. Pricing was affordable and fair. Quality of work was outstanding and I would highly recommend this company. I will probably also hire him for future projects on my home. He also finished on schedule despite issues that were discovered during remodel."
