"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

"I wish they had a 10 rating. PLEASE read this before you choose a pest control company. I had a little problem with mice. Now the mice weren't in the attic or foundation, but one of my cute little kitties was bringing them in as gifts for me. Four within a matter of minutes. All alive!!!! I always pick 3 companies when I need something done. I had two come out and Pestcal was the third. Now, you have to understand, unfortunately, when many contractors come to the house and see a little old lady, they think they can take advantage of her. The first company that come out, and they have great ratings here, told me I had rats in the attic, that there were droppings every- where in my house and that the job would cost $6,000. The second company came out and I was told the attic was fine, no problems up there but I had several areas in the foundation that needed fixing. To do the whole job would be $2,500. Then came the third company, Pestcal. Norman was great!! He actually checked the attic, not just poked his head in....no problem up there. Then he checked the perimeter outside...couldn't find any issues out there either. He said there were a couple of areas that could use some attention, but nothing major. Maybe a couple of hundred dollars. FINALLY, AN HONEST COMPANY!!!! Their priority is doing the right thing for the customer. This is the kind of company you want to hire for any work you need done at your home. I'm not going to name the other companies for several reasons, but I don't think Yelp allows that. I just want to reassure you that this is a legitimate review. As you can see by the other reviews the customers are extremely happy with Pestcal."

" Alex did an exceptional job!! He found 11 areas where the rodents were entering the house and sealed up everyone with the very best materials that do not deteriorate. He came back in one week as promised, to check the traps. His traps caught two large rats!! He set more traps. His excellent work gave me peace of mind! No more noises coming from the attic and my cupboards!! Alex was very thorough and very professional. He emphasized that I can call him anytime even if there is no evidence of further infestation, and he would come out again to check every area. He even cleaned out my dryer vents from the outside at no charge!! Alex went above and beyond his normal duties. I give Alex the highest recommendation possible. Hire him… You won’t be sorry. "
