Ryan cut a slot from the low spot to the drain. all working good now. The cover was installed quickly and it looked just like the plans I drew up."

"Efrain came several times to the property so we could discuss design aspects. He was so patient with me as well as the changes I made each time before I got a quote and he started work. We had a difficult area to have work done in Venice being in the middle of the block and our back alley too small for a standard construction truck to fit. Once work began, he and his staff were incredibly respectful of our tenants, the property, and our neighbors.
