Good - the carpet is great and they did a fantastic job on the installation. It looks wonderful.

The only annoying thing is that they charge extra for everything, including $100 a room to move and replace your furniture. That seemed like a lot. We are seniors and can't move it ourselves, and $100 for both rooms would have seemed more reasonable.
