"Empire was very coinvent with their response to quote my carpet project. Lexi the sales rep was very kind and helpful. My only complaint on the customer service side was that I was told I was to receive a discount upon signing, but never did. Quote was reasonable, but hate being lied too. The carpet material is very nice and the installers did a awesome job and cleaned up after nicely as well. I do recommend Empire for their timeliness and craftsmanship."

"Skyler has always been on time and provided impeccable service. He has been able to offer solutions and provide alternative solutions. Would recommend without hesitation. He is kind, respectful and gets the job done."

"I was so happy to find Estela Fine Flooring to replace flooring in my home with uneven floor. Their price is super reasonable that includes labor and all materials with high quality planks. Israel and his team was incredibly skilled and meticulous, from leveling the floor to artistically installing the planks and baseboards, they paid close attention to every detail. They put up protective coverings to minimize dust and debris, and clean up after the job was done. The project was completed within the estimated timeframe. I highly recommend this flooring company to anyone looking for stress free and high quality experience. They transformed my space beautifully. I won’t hesitate to call them if I ever need flooring work done again."

"

Good - the carpet is great and they did a fantastic job on the installation. It looks wonderful.

The only annoying thing is that they charge extra for everything, including $100 a room to move and replace your furniture. That seemed like a lot. We are seniors and can't move it ourselves, and $100 for both rooms would have seemed more reasonable. But the installers were excellent - they did everything right and cleaned up after themselves nicely.

"

"Quickly and simply installed my floor in a matter of hours. Very kind and hard workers. Price was almost the same as what was quoted on the phone."

"Wes did a great job installing my wood flooring."

"Services were great! Super quick removal of old hardwood floor and install of new tile in a small half bathroom. Clean job, will hire again!"

"Vitally and his crew removed old floor glue from the concrete slab in the downstairs floor, and then leveled the entire surface so a new wood floor could be installed. This is a difficult job, especially with an older slab. Few companies actually do this type of work and it can be very expensive. Vitally's estimate was fair; the work was done very promptly, and more important, the restored slab is now level, waterproof, and ready for both tile and wood floor installation. This subcontractor is both experienced, honest, and competent. If you choose to hire him, you will have no regrets."
