"Mr. Ortiz was friendly and polite. He listened carefully to my questions and gave thorough answers and advice. He was always on time and cleaned up thoroughly after each job. His prices were most fair, and he never rushed a job. I have had him do work several times, and I was always pleased with the result. I am happy to recommend this company to others"
