"I haven't used them in a while. They got kind of expensive. I don't remember what the price was but I remember thinking wow that was a lot just to tell me it wasn't worth fixing. I thought they could apply it to an appliance or something in their store. I used to use them a lot and I thought they just kept getting more expensive. They are a lot more than other stores. So we ended up not buying it from them. They would always come quickly. In the past I have always had good experiences with them but this last time I was just disappointed. I felt negative enough about the price that I went somewhere else. They have been helpful in the past. Maybe they didn't overcharge me and it was just me. The repairs they have done in the past I felt were really reasonable but it was just this time they couldn't fix it. I realize they had to spend time to look at it."
