I did have one question which was the holes they drilled to raise the areas are quite dark and I was it sure if they would “cure” to a lighter color or not. Greg was quick to respond to my question with a “usually they do”. They also caulked the gaps."

"Maybe they do amazing work, I have no idea. I called 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and submitted requests for estimates twice. I spoke with someone 2 or 3 times on the phone and each time I was either told to go submit a request on the website or that he remembered my note and would go find it and email me with a time to set up an appointment asap. It never went any farther than that. If you are too busy or have other things going on and can't respond, that's totally understandable but please just say so so I don't waste my time. I'm rating a C b/c I'm going on the assumption that SOMETHING was going on that would legitimately explain this otherwise inexcusable behavior."

"I had the pleasure of working with the Weld & Sons team which was a great experience. From the start, with the first call with Sarah to schedule the quote with Don who I originally discussed only the plumbing. After I got to talking with Don, he mentioned that Weld & Sons could do everything for my project and ended up quoting everything except the tiling and electric (I had already contracted those). It was an easy decision to go with them at this point as a one stop shop. From that point, my main point of contact was Tiffany who was always fast to respond, find a solution, and a pleasure to work with - not to mention did great managing all the schedules. Russ did the demo and all the finish work - performing a high quality job to surpass all expectations. The plumbing rough-ins and plumbing fixtures were all installed to expectations. I always felt comfortable with their team in my home and they showed up for all scheduled work. We had one minor issue with the drain install due to the condo concrete floor that we had to work through. The fix was a little more expensive than I hoped but they were quick to find a solution to keep the project moving and I was happy with the end result. Overall, I would highly recommend Weld & Sons and they will definitely be my first call for any plumbing / remodeling needs! Thanks for the hard work!"

"It went great. Justin (the owner) sent out Jake and Kyle to do a patch job for free and had started to do it when we talked with them about their opinions about the job. They said they would do the job for free, but it might look a bit patchy when complete as it would be difficult to match the previous epoxy color. They talked us into redoing the entire floor for a small part of the actual cost. Jake and Kyle were extremely friendly and professional. Plus, they did a great job. The job site was extremely clean. I would definitely use them again if needed."

"The work was done in a timely and professional manner.  Mike Walk worked with us to make sure everything was handled to our satisfaction. The roof was was actually completed in one day.  The workers came very early and worked past dark.  They made sure that every nail was picked up in our yard, going over it thoroughly.  That was important to me as we have pets that could be injured by stray nails. All construction debris was picked up.  Waste container removed promptly.  <br /> Roof looks great.  Gutters working well with all the rain we have been getting.  Would trust Mike Walk with any project and would absolutely work with him again. <br />"
