"Absolutely love love love love my garage floors. Job was done to perfection."

"I found this company to be very responsive to my needs. I had to postpone the coating on my walkway and my pool deck 4 times because of bad luck weather and a hurricane. close to 2 year before it was completed but not the companies fault. it was stupid IAN hurricane. They allowed 2 days to complete the job. and they used both days. They drove from Venice to Ft Myers beach each day. 5 guys were prepping the pool surface for hours. They had everything they needed and really did allot of work to get surface ready for the coating. Plastic was hung over every door and window. so no dust entered my home. over the pool they laid a huge tarp and taped it to the pool inside wall. same with hot tub. I had lots of surface cracks they were all ground and filled. I hade a special slotted drain i wanted installed just perfect in the floor and they did what I asked until it pleased me. on day 2 the product was applied in 3 coats and they rolled the surfaces 6 separate times. and they sprinkled no slip aluminum sulfate on the surface. its like sand. Cleanup was very complete. they vacuumed up everything. pulled all the plastic out and left a very nice job behind. I am leaving so much detail because i wanted to convey how through of a job the crew did. when they left they put yellow caution tape around so no neighbors left tracks on my new surface. The job they did was beyond my expectation. and after such a good experience I will be using them again. My pool guy wants to use them and my 2 neighbors. I will be leaving picture of my new specked blue pool deck and outside walkway."

"If you are thinking of sealing your garage floor yourself with a kit from a big box store - don't do it! There is no way that you will get the quality that you will absolutely get when you hire Garage Floor Specialists. Their finished product is spectacular. Take a few minutes and call them and just listen to their description of their product and work that will be performed. You will not regret it. I am soooo glad I chose them to do my garage. It looks awesome !!"

"Today, April 12th, 2023, Issac and Nick showed up on time at 0800. They explained the process to me and began the work. By 2pm they were finished, cleaned up and ready to go. The floor is amazing! It is just as we had envisioned it when selected the colors and pattern. I enjoyed discussion what they were doing from time to time and they were happy to explain all the processes taking place. They are friendly, professional and experts at applying the full flake floor coating system. I will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you GUARDIAN GARAGE FLOORS!"

"Larry is FANTASTIC! He has completed 5 concrete floors, he shows up on time!"

"Ramon, Viviano, and Joshua did a fantastic job from start to finish. Prepped the floor really well, and stayed until all the coatings were applied. Looks great. Fantastic color."

"Alfredo and his crew did a fantastic job and completely transformed my bare garage floor to a beautiful epoxy coating. I totally would recommend Innovation Custom Painting. I plan on using Alfredo and his company in the future for redoing my Lanai."

"Completed concrete 16 X 22 backyard patio epoxy pour. Very impressed with Apex Armor Epoxy from the first phone call to job completion. Mike & Brandon were efficient and detail oriented, delivering a quality product. My wife is very pleased with the outcome of the Safari pattern as it matched with the stucco & flows fairly well into the house tile pattern. It's unfortunate I did not find them in time to do my garage as there is a huge difference in quality of flake coverage, expansion joint management, application of base coat from the previous company. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for honest, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable concrete coatings."

"Ron uses USA wood rather than cheaper imported wood. He paints/stains the fence with a sprayer which provides a solid color. He does what he says he will do and did not require any payment until his work was finished."

"Adam and Steve did a great job on my garage floor. The garage floor now looks like Jay Leno’s garage. Their price was very fair and the work was meticulous. A day or two after I paid them and the floor was dry, they came back and helped me move a refrigerator back into the garage. Highly recommend"
