"I will start with the initial meeting and the permitting process. Bryan took over for a previously fired GC and got right to business. We started off fairly well as the main slab, framers and roofers did a proficient job. We had some issues with water intrusion during rain storms that were not addressed after several texts asking for help to keep the rain from leaking into the main house. From this point it just seemed like the communication completely broke down between Brian communicating his game plans with us and getting his contractors to show up. Addressing our concerns as the customer was became obvious that it was of no importance. We had to become our own project managers as Bryan was seldom on site. If we could get contractors on site 3 days a week and 4-5hrs a day that would be a good week. Deficiencies were half way addressed or not at all. Blue tape would be removed but touch-up work left undone. Very frustrating and disappointing as we started off well. Just my overall."

After much searching I found Lamont and read his great reviews. Now I know why. He was able to complete everything on my list! From installing new storm door, replacing interior doors and hardware, repairing holes and painting closets, hanging ceiling fans, cutting marble backsplash and installing, etc. He is very patient and listens to what you want then completes the work nicely. He is polite, respectful, and professional. He was able to work me into his schedule quickly and completed the work in the amount of time estimated and for the price quoted. "Kimmies Appliance Repair Inc is great. They came in and I had two possible projects for them. One was my washer and the other was my ice machine. He looked at the washer and told me exactly what I had expected. It was a major repair on an old machine and that I would be better off buying a new one. For the ice machine he called his supplier and got the ice maker and came right out to install it. I was very pleased with them, they were very professional. They did good work and I would use them again."
