His company came in with the lowest estimate, and John was patient in explaining the process, shingle options, along with providing samples and explaining the warranty. These guys do good work, and don't take you to the cleaners along the way. While repairing my roof, 7 sheets of plywood and 122' of 2x4 were needed to replace the damaged areas of my roof. There was no extra charge for the time and material, he replaced this at at his cost, honoring the initial quote he gave me. What a gentleman and a scholar. The workers were courteous and all very hard workers. They arrived on time, cleaning up thoroughly before they left. They were able to knock my roof out in one day and didn't want a penny until it passed final inspection. They even provide a free wind mitigation report for the insurance company. Top notch company. "2nd Gen did a complete tear off, replaced 5 sheets of plywood, and installed asphalt shingles over a ice and water barrier, renailed entire roof every 4 in. Located all roof tie downs insuring 4 nails in ever clip. Tar sealed top of drip edge rarely done. Repaired damage to all corners of facia. Put new aluminum facia all around my home. Completely reroofed a large flat roof section double layered & installed a new tubular skylight. Great job on everything & great cleanup! All ways on time & passed all Inspections. Finishing on time! Very fairly priced & spared no details or did any sort cuts, this was all done weeks before last yearâ s September Hurricane. They came right away and replaced 6 ridge vents shingles & reinspected for any other damage. Found no problems. So satisfied with everything. Beside the ease of working with them"

The scheduler kept me in the loop for each step of the project; the tear off team and installation team cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day of work. It was particularly impressive to watch the installation team sit on the curb across from the house at the end of their first day of installation and admire their work. When I came back, I hired Koala for a complete roof replacement. Anthony was the lead and kept me updated every step of the way with what was taking place and showing me pictures. Their team were spot on and started everyday at 7 am and didn't stop until dark. They cleaned everything up and you couldn't tell that a roof had been torn off and replaced. Job was scheduled in May because of us being out of town. They came as scheduled and finished our roof in two days.
