Mid-Coastal returned my call right away and provided a lower quote, to fix but also described the damage. I decided to replace the entire roof which included replacing much of the substructure. Again, reasonable estimate provided. Better yet they were on site when they said they would be. Old tile roof carted off. New shingled installed next morning. Nosy neighbors providing the photographic progress. I've already passed their business card onto two of my friends in the area."

Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. The scheduler kept me in the loop for each step of the project; the tear off team and installation team cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day of work. It was particularly impressive to watch the installation team sit on the curb across from the house at the end of their first day of installation and admire their work. When I came back, I hired Koala for a complete roof replacement. Anthony was the lead and kept me updated every step of the way with what was taking place and showing me pictures.
