"Very quick and very punctual. Signed contract on Friday, work took place on Tuesday. Relay team to remove heavy concrete tile. They had truck where bed lifted ~ 20ft or more to facilite olf roof removal. On first day, they removed all old tiles and add plywood and felt paper. They replaced any rotten wood. Had new composite tiles in bundles on roof. Second day was putting down shingles and gutters. Rotten/dry rot wood cost about $60/hour for a total cost of ~$400; mostly along edges of roof. I don't doublt it or question the charge. It seems fair. Obvious where they replaced the wood. NOTE, painting new wood is not included! Didn't occure to me to even ask, wasn't disclosed. Permit for the job was posted by the front door on first day. Unexpected permit items: spark arestor needed on chimeny top, smoke alarms in every bedroom. A city/permit requirement."
