"The team was incredible. At my new house, the backyard was constantly being flooded when it rained and the drainpipe from the gutters baffled us all as it emptied out into the front yard (instead of the street). In one day, the team dug up the yard, installed drainage, fixed the gutters and added the drainage pipe to go all the way out to the street. They even called me to tell me they could reuse some of the old pipe and were going to deduct the cost from my final bill. Years later, I had another problem with drainage on the side of my house and they came out again and put in additional drainage spots to get the water away from my house. Everywhere they dug up in my yard, they planted grass seeds and covered it. It took time, but the grass matched my yard and you would never know the difference. Being a new homeowner, I will say the price was much higher than I had expected and it was the biggest check I've ever written next to my house's down payment. HOWEVER - it was worth it. Especially after hearing horror stories from friends who had similar water issues and paid less and their problems didn't go away.
