During the job interview/review, Charles described how he would treat certain areas, answering our questions patiently and completely. Charles is a hands-on businessman. He personally managed and worked side by side with his crew. He is very concerned with customer satisfaction. He voluntarily performed additional mud work when he noticed some imperfections that he felt should be addressed in addition to the work agreed upon. When we raised a question about the color of the paint looking different than the sample, he postponed applying it until later that day, when we were satisfied that it was the correct hue. When a large, bulky cabinet needed to be taken off the wall, his team willingly assisted. Charles made certain that the work was done perfectly. When there was an item here or there that needed attention, his attitude was unfailingly positive and he attended to it immediately. When one of the workers inadvertently damaged an item, his immediate response was that he would take care of the expense of its repair or replacement and he did. "Wayne and his crew did an incredible job. They took the master bath down to the studs and rebuilt it beautifully. They showed up when they said they would. They didn't change or try to upcharge anything from the quote. They came back after they were paid fully to install sinks because the counter-tops weren't ready when Wayne and his crew were done.

Prior to hiring George P.H.I.S's, I had received several quotes north of $30k and I was planning to do the project myself because I had done bathroom remodels in previous homes due to the ridiculous quotes from several others on Angie's List. Wayne is honest and does fantastic work for a fair price.
