"Due to faulty work by the builder of my house, the shower pan and water proofing failed. I received a quote from Stacy at West Georgia Design Build to completely tear out the old shower back to the wall studs, install a new shower pan, install new wall board, water proof the entire shower, tile the shower, and run additional plumbing and install new shower fixtures. Additionally, drywall and baseboards were repaired from where the shower pan leaked. Stacy and Dwight provided a date to begin the work and Dwight and his crew arrived promptly on the agreed upon date. Dwight was able to show me where the leak had occurred after removing the old tile, and also pointed out several other shortcuts that had been taken by the builder (i.e., no waterproofing on any walls, tears in the water proofing membrane on the shower pan, spot application of cement to wall tiles, and a shower seat that had been installed using CINDER BLOCKS instead of 2x4 framing). Dwight and his crew showed up on time every day, cleaned up at the end of every day, and reinstalled the new shower as it should have been done in the first place, using the Triton Watertight System to waterproof the entire shower, as well as installing all new tile, and running the plumbing for a new rainhead shower. The new shower looks great and I am very happy with the work and professionalism of everyone in the company."

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."

"Limitless Renovations handled the remodel of our bathroom, which included oreplacing our lighting fixtures, removing a bathtub and replacing it with a shower, replacing our vanity and it's plumbing, replacing the flooring, changing a door and painting the bathroom. They also painted an adjoining bedroom and closet and replaced the flooring in both spaces. Simon, who handled all of the bathroom renovation except for the flooring, painting and installing the glass for the shower, Eric who installed all of the flooring and Manny who did all of the painting were all a pleasure to work with. They all appeared on time, did their jobs well, were easy to communicate with and asked for our input as the work progressed and cleaned up the spaces they were working in at the end of the day. Kristy, who we dealt with over the telephone during the renovation was easy to reach, kept us advised as to any schedule changes and and handled any changes well. "Lar-Con construction did a fantastic job on our recent kitchen and half bath remodel. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Larry, the owner, was extremely easy to work with and offered helpful suggestions that made our plans a reality. He and his crew were always pleasant and professional. They let us know approximately what time they would arrive each day, and the focus of their work for the next day. They took care to keep the dust and construction materials confined to the work area. Larry spent a great deal of time explaining the difference between ready-made, semi-custom, and custom cabinets and how they might work in our kitchen. He suggested we might want to work with a custom cabinet maker to accommodate the odd angles in our kitchen. He suggested a reputable cabinet maker who did a fantastic job developing a workable plan for our kitchen. Larry worked closely with the cabinet maker coordinating installation of the cabinets and countertops. Larry and his crew took the time and effort to complete work as if they were working on their own home. When an unexpected sub-floor repair was necessitated due to a hidden water leak, the crew took it in stride and worked it into their schedule, replacing the sub-floor. They also went into the crawl space to inspect the floor joists for water damage, repaired and replaced them as needed, and even added an additional vent to the crawl space area to create cross ventilation. Larry worked with the contractor we had hired for flooring installation, and was on hand the day the flooring was installed, helping insure it was installed professionally. We felt comfortable enough with Larry and his crew that we were able to take an out of state trip while the work was in progress. While we were gone, Larry sent photos of the work they completed each day and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We are so pleased with the quality of work completed and the work ethic demonstrated by the entire crew of Lar-Con Construction that we have already scheduled a master bath renovation."

"While the work New Image Flooring initially did seemed great, we quickly found a couple of problems with it. Namely, the washer they installed does not work: it leaks water all over our floor (actually damaged our new floor) and we are going to incur the additional expense of a plumber to fix it. New Image refuses to fix it, saying that they just installed the washer, and basically that they didn't guarantee it would work. This strikes me as a strange idea: that they would charge us to install something but not guarantee it would work. We will not work with them again, and do not recommend them. We are very disappointed."

I called G&D Construction about doing the work.Paul and his crew did a outstanding job.They blended the flooring were you can’t tell were the new and the old is .This company Is very professional and honest and care about the work they do for there customers. My floors look great and the next morning one of the planks was not laying right. He wanted to make sure the problem wouldn’t return and he replace the whole flooring in the bathroom.Its started out with only 2 planks that was removed from the water leak.G&D does excellent work is caring and see about getting the job done. They are not happy till you are . If you have any problems they will get to it quickly. I didn’t think l would trust a contractor till now"
