I needed my basement renovated ASAP and Mr. Anthony met with me in a timely manner explaining in great detail the work he would perform and how pleased I would be! Let me tell you he did NOT disappoint because he and his partner Mark performed what I call a â  miracleâ  in renovating my basement and went above and beyond my expectations!!!! Iâ  ve shown many the before and after pictures of what I now can call my family room and the response each time was how â  beautifulâ  of a job Anthony did!! "I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. "It is on the verge of 2026 and I am still finding examples of the terrible work we received from PRC back in 2019! I have constant reminders of the regret that I have from hiring this company. The latest is an exposed outlet that we were never told about and that I recently discovered because I had to remove a cabinet drawer. Please see the the attached photo and I recommend reading my entire review. Proceed with caution, if you decide to use PRC. I will never understand why they could not provide us the same level of quality that others mentioned in their reviews. Poor work is one thing, but this is a safety issue, and I am grateful that we have not had a fire. I will be consulting with an attorney to determine if any action is possible.
