I met with Dave LaBovick of Exceptional Exteriors and we agreed upon a price, which my wife and I found quite reasonable. The work on the vinyl siding began about a week later and took only a half a day to wrap up. The job was done to our complete satisfaction, The before and after is like night and day. Another crew arrived a few days later to do the porch and sidewalk. They began work on a Thursday afternoon and were finished 24 hours later. Once again, we are very happy with the result. In both cases, they removed all debris and left-over building materials associated with the job. We are not only completely satisfied with the work that Exceptional Exteriors did for us, we are looking forward to hiring them again for our next home project."

"JM Roofing is excellent on May 20th Jorge who is one of the owners and one of his workers came just before 11 a.m. they got everything set up and all of roofing materials equipment hand tools for the job they set up quickly and when right to work and never stopped working until the job was completed the job was done within 5 hours and the roof over the kitchen was efficiently and expertly installed they did a beautiful job and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving even making sure that there were no roofing nails or metal of any kind left behind my wife and I were so happy with it that we asked them to come back to replace the main roof of our house on the 27th of May the dumpster service that they hired arrived just before 8 a.m. and Jorge and his crew of workers all arrived 10 minutes later and just as on the 20th of May as they did 7 days earlier they quickly got completely set up and had all of the equipment and materials tools to complete the job they went to work at 8:30 a.m. and you continued working the entire day never stopping until the roof was completely installed except for an occasional drink of water they did a beautiful thorough complete job installing the roof I was amazed at the speed accuracy and efficiency but they all exhibited as they worked I am ecstatic and extremely pleased with the results they could not have done a better job my wife myself our friends and the entire family are very pleased with all of the work that they have done for us so much so that I have recommended their Roofing company to several friends and family I very highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a roof replacement or repair they were absolutely incredible and just to let you know the roof on my house it's not a small roof with quite a pitch when JM Roofing arrived they had all of the safety equipment and everything necessary to do the job by the way they completed the job in less than 10 hours which to me is absolutely amazing I called them twice and on each job they did a fast efficient safe and an expert job and cleaned up thoroughly each time before they left and I will absolutely use them again and I highly recommend them very highly"

"Rick is the guy we dealt with. We contacted them because we have a typical situation in this area all over Pittsburgh and probably all over the country where homes built before a certain date have lead paint. Ultimate Custom Painting is one of the only green painters in the area. So, we contacted them after contacting a few other painters. They were right on top of it from the very beginning. Unfortunately the nature didn’t cooperate. They came out instantly to give a quote and the quote was very fair. As a matter of fact, if you took into account the Angie’s discount, it was lower than the quotes from people who are obviously unreliable. The problem was that we had five weeks of rain. They had to have two days of sun before they could do the job of stripping the gutters down to the bare metal. Finally, they came down with a crew. They were here for two solid days and didn’t stop until they were completely finished. It was a beautiful job too. The one thing we are still waiting for is the certification that he did in fact comply with the lead regulations and we do expect that shortly. They were able to complete it within a very short period by putting all those men on the job. We got the bid from them on April 9th. We paid the final check on May 10th. We spent about $2975 for their service. They were just excellent. We would hire them again if they give us a certificate."
