They failed to remove mounds of sand from The patio after sanding the joints, skipped steps with watering down and securing the joints, and then sealed the pavers trapping Sand under the Patio creating polyhaze. Ownership was nice enough to try to Rectify the project, but unfortunately it did not work and now needs stripped and redone by another party after paying for their services. "

The communication aspect of the experience was quite refreshing compared to other contractor experiences we have endured in the past. Quality of the work was exceptional! The painted walls look great and the wall repairs that happened before the painting also are spotless. He left the house clean and there was no mess to clean up after the work was done. We would HIGHLY recommend this company. We plan to use them again for any future painting projects and we give them our highest recommendation!"

The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. "
